About the Presenter

Hi, I’m Cassi — a registered occupational therapist, mindfulness facilitator, and educator passionate about helping people work and live in more sustainable ways.

My approach combines evidence-informed education with practical, realistic strategies that support both wellbeing and workplace functioning. My goal is always to have participants walking away thinking about what they want to implement the very next dat.

Sessions are designed to feel approachable, engaging, and genuinely useful for everyday life. Whether it’s trying out a brief mindfulness activity, or gathering around a show and tell of ergonomic equipment - sessions are designed to be interactive. Rather than watching a 1-hour slideshow with a presenter droning on without interruption until you’re late for your next meeting, I aim to facilitate learning & group discussion in a friendly way (ok ok… there might be a few slides in the mix!). You will leave with resources to add to your personal toolbox or your team’s shared drive.
