


Yoga For Busy People

Yoga for Busy People is exactly what it sounds like - it’s for people who wish they could get to a 75-minute studio class more often but life is busy! Don’t sacrifice the gift of having a teacher and a live community - you can still connect and practice in a way that works for YOU.
Let me introduce you to this class format:
👉 It’s 30 minutes long. Most of my personal practices are about 30 minutes and this just seems way more doable on a regular basis! I find I can feel JUST as amazing after a solid 30 minute class than a regular studio class.
👉 It’s intentionally scheduled to bookend your day. I know when you’ve lost the momentum of the workday it can be hard to think of planning anything else after dinner. So join me just before or just after work, from 7-7:30am on Mondays or 4-4:30pm on Tuesdays (Pacific Standard Time).
👉 This class is EXCLUSIVELY online. That means you won’t be missing out on little pieces the teacher can only share in person.
You can buy as many class passes as you like, and then email me at hello@youflourish.ca to let me know what dates you’ll be attending so you get the link to join in your inbox.
